These bars are made following the same tradition as the artisanal masters. The dough is hand kneaded and carefully shaped into large wooden trays lined with edible wafer to prevent the dough from sticking. The large, shaped dough is then sliced into the large bar sizes.
The almond soft nougat is the counterpart of the almond crunchy nougat. Reminiscent of the French nougat de Montelimar, ours is light, delicate and just the right chewiness. Fans love our nougat’s subtle sweetness.
